Your profile: What you need to succeed

You’ll likely feel comfortable at Acto if you:

Enjoy taking responsibility and working with a high degree of ownership
Prefer direct communication
Are comfortable with a certain level of ambiguity
Like working in small teams where individual contribution really matters
Care about building sustainable, high-quality solutions

Experience in B2B SaaS, startups, or data-driven products is a plus, but mindset and willingness to learn matter just as much.
